The atmosphere of our apartments is more charming and contemporary; it has the modern amenities that are necessary for comfortable living. Our apartments are located in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. These properties are strong on character, with thick walls, normal length ceilings, windows, ceramic tiling flooring in the lounge and kitchen, and in all apartments, wooden flooring in the bedrooms. All our apartments are tastefully furnished with lovely paintings and pictures on the walls.
Each apartment has a lounge, patio and the kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, built in stove, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, silverware, glasses, cups, basic cooking utensils, etc.
Up market recreational facilities including theatres, restaurants and business centers combine to make Sandton a distinctive business and leisure destination. The complex has lots of beautiful trees around it, which gives it a more country feel. The complex has 24 hour security; it also has a club house with a pool and tennis court.
Apartment 1:
Is a two bedroom unit allocated on the ground floor, the bedrooms are beautifully furnished; the first bedroom has a queen sized bed with an opening door to the patio. The second bedroom has one lovely double bed. The lounge has a leather couch with a TV, DVD as well as DStv showing MNet and all the other SABC channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, pots, glasses, kettle, toaster and microwave. It has a dining area which seats four people.
Apartment 2:
Is beautifully furnished, has one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with patio. The duplex unit is on the second floor with a covered parking bay very close to the unit. With beautiful gardens, this luxurious fully-furnished unit offers an affordable alternative to stay in a luxury hotel. With more space, along with fully equipped kitchen plus nook, loft, lounge, TV area with a door leading onto private balcony with a small table and four chairs.
Apartment 3:
Is beautifully furnished, has one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with patio. This unit is on the ground floor with a covered parking bay very close to the unit.
