Rosebank Lodge Guest House, an AA Highly Recommended graded establishment, provides a quiet, tranquil, secure and restful stopover both for the business and leisure traveller. Rosebank Lodge is situated in a Jacaranda-lined street in the conveniently located suburb of Parkwood three blocks from the Rosebank Mall and the new Gautrain depot. We are committed to providing excellent service for guests in order to make their stay enjoyable and memorable!

Accommodation

Seven comfortable bedrooms are all en-suite and have desks, television with Dstv / M-Net, underfloor heating, electric blankets, radio/clock alarm, hairdryers and hospitality trays. Six rooms open onto the garden and one is fitted with a small fridge, microwave and a limited supply of cutlery and crockery, and ideal for slightly longer stays. 

Rooms

We have 6 rooms available for guests. Each room includes under floor heating, electric blankets, hairdryers, en-suite bathrooms / shower, DSTV (satellite TV) bouquet and hospitality trays with kettle, a variety of teas, coffee, drinking chocolate, rusks, biscuits etc. Secure, off-street parking is also included.

4 Double Rooms
These rooms have double-beds with accompanying electric blankets, under floor heating and a DSTV bouquet (8 sports channels) in a peaceful, relaxing environment.

2 Twin-bed Rooms
These rooms have twin beds for 2 people sharing and include electric blankets to warm and comfort!

Breakfast

Full complimentary South African breakfasts are served in the dining room or on the patio, weather permitting. The lounge, patio and open swimming pool are available for guest’s exclusive use as is a hospitality fridge with a limited supply of soft drinks. 

Services and Facilities

Secure open and garage parking is available. Airport transfers, day tours and general transport can be arranged on request. We also offer a laundry service, fax and complimentary ADSL internet wireless facilities. 

We cater to people from all different walks of life from the corporate, professors, doctors, relocation guests, as well as to vacation guests. Our central location enables us to serve our guests well. Various training centres are a short walk away as is the Voice Training College, schools such as St Mary’s, St Vincent’s etc.   We are a short hop away from the Glenhove Conference Centre and the IIR Centre.

Location

The Rosebank CBD is within safe, easy walking distance. Other major shopping, entertainment and business centres, golf courses, hospitals, theatres, museums, art galleries and the M1/N1 motorway and all easily accessible, such as Sandton, Hyde Park, Melrose Arch, Wanderers etc. The Rosebank Medi clinic is a few blocks away.

The Rosebank Mall is host to a variety of good restaurants and coffee shops, just a few blocks away.  TV dinners are available on request.
