Protea Ridge Guest Cottages \ Accommodation in North Riding

Protea Ridge Guest Cottages & Conference Centre is set among rows of indigenous protea trees within a secure, walled and 24-hour guarded property in North Riding, Randburg. This luxurious establishment is centrally situated to both the N1 Western Bypass and the R28 Krugersdorp / Pietersburg highway.

Protea Ridge serves as an excellent base for both the business executive and tourist, as it is only minutes from Northgate and Fourways Malls, Northlands Business Park, Kya Sand Industrial area, Laser Park, Honeydew, The Coca Cola Dome, the Cradle of Humankind, Lion & Rhino Park, but most importantly, Lanseria Airport.

Accommodation

Protea Ridge offers both executive cottages as well as self-catering cottages.

All our cottages are serviced on a daily basis and are equipped with hospitality fridges, individual DStv decoders, air-conditioners, complimentary bathroom and beverage amenities, spacious living area, electronic safe, a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower, individual patio area for our smoking guests and free wireless internet access. There are BBQ facilities outside each self-catering cottage.

Breakfast

We serve either a Full English breakfast or Continental breakfast.

Conferences

Protea Ridge also boasts a modern conference centre that can cater for up to 60 delegates, formation dependent. We also have a 150 KVA Perkins generator for uninterrupted conferencing. We have three different Conference venues:

Beatrice Conference Room:
This room can seat up to 80 delegates schoolroom style. We are open to changing the layout and doing a big U-Shape or the type of seating plan required.

Bernard Conference Room:
This room can seat up to 14 delegates boardroom style. This room is attached to the Beatrice Conference Room and can also be used as a breakaway room.

Natalie Conference Room:
This room can seat up to 12 U-Shape style.

We offer a daily shuttle service to and from OR Tambo and Lanseria Airports. Secretarial services are available upon request, as is a computer in reception that can be utilised for e-mail retrieval and web access.
