Iceberg Lodge offers four up market rooms which have an African bush-like atmosphere. All rooms have double beds and showers and all rooms open out to the pool.
There is TV in the lapa and the wine cellar also open onto the pool area which has a lovely deck overlooking the gardens. We have an African lapa with a bon fire overlooking the dam. The dam attracts a number of different kinds of birds. There are lush gardens to sit and relax in.
Meals
We can spoil you with all your meals or you can self cater / braai yourself. You can even stay in and order takeaway from our nearby shops for pizza or a burger.
Functions
Our venue can take up to 70 people for all your private functions. Safe, secure parking is available on the premises.
Activities
There is a lot to do in the area; horse riding, paint ball, driving range and fishing or alternatively take a drive to the Rietvlei Nature Reserve.
We have a lot of malls and restaurants to keep you busy or visit a list of local pubs. We are only 12km from Menlyn Mall (one of Pretorias bigger and better malls to shop the whole day) and are only 15km from Irene and Centurion. OR Tambo International Airport is only 40 minutes away and transport can be arranged from and to the airport.
Kitty Hawk - a private estate lodge and airfield has a lovely thatch clubhouse for sun downers and some exciting flying. Flips in microlights and all types of aircraft can be arranged. A well known South African tourist landmark is Cullinan mine with the best coffee and tourist routes. We also have a NU-metro cinema and ice rink only 7km from us perfect entertainment for children! Pretoria East Hospital is only 10km from us for all your needs.
