Heatherdale Guest Lodge \ Accommodation in North Riding

Heatherdale Guest House is an accredited member of the National accommodation association of South Africa and has been awarded four stars grading by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.

Accommodation

Our guesthouse hosts a selection of two executive suites, seven standard rooms, and two self catering units.

Executive Suites (Kingfisher and Bee-Eater Suites):
Both executive suites have private covered balconies overlooking the Spionkop Valley. Full en-suite bathrooms, open plan lounge and additional sleeper, very spacious. Mini bar fridge and TV with selected DStv channels. Complimentary tea and coffee making station in suite. The rate includes our full English breakfast.

Standard Rooms (The Finch, Starling, Hornbill, Barbet, Sunbird, Weaver and Roller):
These seven standard suites are nestled in the heart of Heatherdale each individually decorated making the guest feel at home. Each room is a modern one bedroom unit with double or two single bed options, en-suite shower facility, mini bar fridge, TV with selected DStv channels and complimentary tea and coffee making station. The room has its own patio to enjoy the afternoon sunsets. The rate includes our full English breakfast

Self Catering (Bokmakerie and Lourie Cottages):
These delightful one bedroom and two bedroom self catering units with open plan living area, fully equipped kitchenettes, full bathrooms, own Braai on private patio area allowing guests to relax and feel at home, ideal for that family get away. (serviced daily)

Wireless internet is available in the rooms as well as laundry services.

Dining

Breakfasts are served early to suit the corporate client or later in the mornings for the tourist. Enjoy the “home away from home” atmosphere and cuisine.

Dinner can be prepared when pre-arranged. Choose from a one course (main meal), two course (main and dessert) or three course (starter, main and dessert) meal.

Executive conference boardrooms

Heatherdale has two conference venues available. Our first conference venue caters for a maximum of 45 delegates and the second conference room caters for a maximum of 15 delegates. Both conference rooms cater for U-Shape, classroom, boardroom and cinema style seating and include the use of executive facilities such as Plasma screens, data projectors and wireless internet connection. The position of the conference centre also allows for outdoor team-building activities.
