Come and stay in your home from home. Privately relax in a roomy, elegantly furnished and air conditioned townhouse, securely fenced in. On hot summer days cool down in the splash pool. Enjoy sundowners on the patio or a typically South African braai at the braai facility.
You can stay for one night only or have an extended stay for up to six months.
Accommodation
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and opens onto a balcony. Second bedroom has a double bed, sharing a bathroom. The third bedroom has twin single beds also sharing a bathroom (bath and shower). Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with twin beds(sharing the upstairs bathroom). Quality bedding has been used on all beds. Sheets are made of percale with a 450 thread count, and duvet inners consist of an artificial down which is non-allergic.
Facilities
Downstairs is the open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a stove and microwave, complete with crockery, cutlery and the necessary utensils. Four bar chairs make for a breakfast nook. The scullery is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining room has a six-seater table with chairs and a server. There is a guest toilet under stairs. The lounge has a couch and two chairs, a wall unit containing a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. This open plan area lends itself to easy entertaining.
The large study is situated near the front entrance making it ideal to be used for professional services. It is furnished with a desk, two leather chairs and a bookcase. The private patio with a splash pool has a four seater lounge suite, braai facilities and a dinette for two, also making this a great entertainment area.
The property being fenced in with electric fencing and an alarm system gives peace of mind. The double, lock-up garage has remote controlled doors.
Activities and Attractions
Being situated on the northern side of the Magaliesberg ensures a mild climate. Within walking distance is the Kollonade Shopping Centre which has excellent restaurants, many shops, banks, cinemas, an ice-rink and a post office.
We are situated in a quiet up-market suburb, yet central to several shopping centres and close to the N1 (Polokwane) Highway which makes for easy access to OR Tambo International Airport. The nearby freeways and main roads also provide easy access to Rosslyn Industrial Area, the city centre (all embassies) is 5 minutes away, University of South Africa is 20 minutes away, Loftus Versfeld Stadium 20 minutes away, Montana Private Hospital 2 minutes away and Wonderboom Airport 5 minutes away.
