Nestled in the quiet, graceful suburb of Victory Park which is surrounded by botanical parks, Casa Vid' Or offers a welcome haven for business travelers as well as relaxation and leisure activities for the holiday maker or family visitor. It is centrally situated in the Greater Johannesburg area and is well positioned for business, entertainment, conference and wedding venues.

Casa Vid' Or is well placed between the commercial districts of Sandton, Johannesburg centre and Randburg. All these areas lie within 20 minutes drive. We are also close to many conference venues including Sandton Convention Centre, Coca Cola Dome and Mintek Conference centre to name a few.

Our location services the needs of all, from nature lovers to the night owls. The location is close to a variety of different activities. Take walks, bird watch or bike ride during the day in the botanical reserves of Delta Park or Johannesburg Botanical Gardens and at night take in some of the finest restaurants in South Africa. There is Greenside, the Mecca of fusion fantasies or the up market restaurants in Rosebank and Parkhurst. Or one could try something vibeier in Melville or Newtown.

Accommodation

There are four rooms available. All rooms are well appointed with quality finishes and all have en-suite bathrooms. Besides the standard facilities such as beds and cupboards the following are also included:

The lounge, like the bedrooms, is well appointed with quality finishes. It has comfortable couches and full satellite television. The ambience is cozy and comfortable which allows our guests to unwind after busy day.

Breakfast

The dining area is fully equipped and seats eight persons comfortably. Breakfasts are served every morning with filter coffee on demand. Guests are also able to make special arrangements regarding dietary requirements.

Beauty Salon

Casa Vid’ Or also runs a fully equipped beauty salon. All main beauty treatments such as waxes, facial, pedicures and tints are offered at a special rate to guests.

Casa Vid' Or is situated on the "Green Belt" of Johannesburg, right next to the Braamfontein Spruit. We are situated next to Delta Park which includes a bird sanctuary. The "Green Belt" stretches for kilometres north and south along the Spruit and is a favorite path for walkers and mountain bike enthusiasts.
