At Home is a three star establishment which has a friendly, warm and elegant ambience. Just 20 minutes away from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. You will find At Home nestled in the leafy suburb of Rynfield in Benoni. We pride ourselves in being a home away from home where you will always feel at home a standard which underpins our personalized service ethic.
In order to ensure that guests are able to have a relaxed and serene break from the mad rush, we have gone to great lengths to create a garden and environment in support of this. We pride ourselves in the fact that our guests can relax and unwind by taking a stroll in our vast gardens filled with the tranquility of running water provided by a number of water features enjoying the abundant birdlife in a unique way, simply reflect on their day by sitting a while or shake off the stress of the day by enjoying a swim in our majestic enclosed pool area.
The pool area, surrounded by lush foliage, supplies the necessary ambiance to allow for sundowners and breakfast in the most unique way and we encourage guests to utilize the facilities such as the patio and barbeque to tailor-make their stay towards their needs.
Accommodation
At Home its all in the name. We offer three types of affordable, luxury, bed and breakfast accommodation. There are 4 double rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Each room has its own private entrance and patio in the garden.
The GEMSBOK SUITE
A fully furnished studio flat with double bed, lounge, kitchenette (can be self catering) and bathroom with shower. Own patio in garden with a tranquil water feature.
The SABLE SUITE
A fully furnished one bedroom apartment (sleeps 4), equipped kitchen, lounge, dinning area, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for families, colleagues or friends sharing and requiring self catering. Own entrance with patio in garden.
All our rooms are equipped with DSTV, internet access, complimentary tea and coffee work stations, serviced rooms and a laundry service.
Breakfast and Dining
Whilst a hearty breakfast is just part of the deal, we are able to provide dinners with the required dietary requirements fully catered for at the request of guests for a very reasonable fee.
Services
Airport and other transfers are all available on request. Secure undercover parking is accessible behind electric gates. Stay for the night or enjoy discounted rates by extending your stay for a while.
Attractions and Activities
Benoni, situated on main routes towards Johannesburg, Pretoria and Eastern Transvaal is aptly termed the city of lakes. Indicative of its name it is a tranquil area surrounded by various lakes and dams. These lakes and dams offer a variety of water activities such as rowing, water skiing, fishing and one of the dams is renowned for hosting power boat competitions. There are many different sporting facilities and golf clubs such as Ebotse Golf and Country Estate, Benoni Country Club, Benoni Lake Club, in close proximity.
Coupled with this, At Home is situated close to restaurants, malls, flea markets, night-clubs, casinos, the Bunny Park and is a mere 1 km away from the Linmed Private Hospital. We offer a safe and secure atmosphere for all those traveling, be they on their own or with a group of their friends.
